Chef Mick Appears Every Weekend Morning
Chef Michaelangelo (Mick) Rosacci, who appears every weekend on Denver's 7, is the area's premiere food expert.
Passionate about international food and drink, Chef Mick lives with his finger on the pulse of the culinary world. He authors a weekly food column in the Littleton Independent, Highlands Ranch Herald, Douglas County News Press, The Centennial Citizen and Lone Tree, Colo.'s The Voice. He also writes a weekly Internet food newsletter that is mailed to more than 5,000 subscribers, contributes to Denver's KOA and KTLK Radio and conducts cooking classes for the Highlands Ranch Library and Williams-Sonoma.
Chef Mick is also a gourmet food and wine consultant for his family-owned business, Tony's Meats and Specialty Foods, a one-of-a-kind old-world butcher and specialty market.
